As the Scene Shop Supervisor at The University of Mary Washington since summer 2025, I have successfully monitored workflow and managed the labs for students. My primary goal has been to foster the development and progression of each individual's talents. By creating a collaborative environment, I can ensure that all students gain hands-on experience and enhance their skills in a supportive setting.
