Garcia Boxes

Big Secret contracted me to build 250 identical boxes for their client, Garcia Handpicked.  Big Secret provided me with initial guidance for dimensions, which I modified to allow easier mass production via repetitive patterns.

All structural box components. were built from hard oak, milled by me to 5/16".  The lids are 1/4" birch ply.  The half round was also created using router table  The finished product was sealed with high gloss catalyzed lacquer, using a HLVP gun.  The design was made using a laser.
